1. When should I order invitations?
   We recommend ordering your invitation 4-6 months in advance from the date of your party. Ample time must be given to consider potential delays in manufacturing and shipping. You also want to give yourself enough time to address your envelopes and plan if you are going to order custom stamps for your affair. Bottom line, planning far enough in advance eliminates headaches.

3. What variety of manufacturers lines do you carry?
   We offer a diverse product line from all major manufacturers. Our invitations range from simple and elegant to one-of-a-kind.

4. What makes the Invitation House stand out from other sellers?
   Our design expertise and experience set us apart from other invitation vendors. We take the necessary time to explore all possible options that a customer may desire, taking into consideration overall design, color preferences, specialized fonts and help choose between a wide variety of unique papers. The objective is to have you leave with an order that meets up to your expectations, is exclusively yours and falls within your budget.

5. How can I order an invitation from the samples shown on your website?
   We recommend you set up a personal consultation. If that is not possible, we can work over the phone or online and send samples of paper swatches.

6. How long does an invitation take from the time I place my order?
   Depending upon the complexity of your order, the average delivery time is approximately 2-3 weeks from when the order is placed with the manufacturer. For a minimal expense, once the order is placed it is suggested that you receive a camera-ready proof from the manufacturer. This enables you to see the font you chose, check the spelling and make any applicable changes before going to print. Alternatively, should you not elect to choose this as an option, Invitation House cannot be responsible for any errors made. A proof is sent to you via fax or email within a couple of days from placing the order. This is the last step before it goes to print.

7. May I change the paper color or ink colors on the invitations shown?
   All custom layered invitations can have paper changes made. However, the invitations in the inexpensive invitation books are "what you see is what you get". You only have the option of changing the color of the ink and/or the color of the liner.

8. How can I receive a price quote?
   Email us the invitation you are interested in with the quantities and the papers you would like and we will email you back a quote within 24 hours.

9. What is the payment schedule?
   1/3 down upon placing an order, 1/3 due upon receipt of an approved proof. Final payment is due when the order is ready to ship.
